Roasted halibut in crispy herbal breadcrumb

Ingredients of recipe:

  • herbal croutons
  • 600 g halibut fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • parsley
  • 500 g green
  • asparagus

Gently crush the croutons to get coarse-grained breadcrumb. Add melted butter and chopped parsley. Then wash the fish, dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Coat the halibut first in wheat flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumb. Roast the fish for 10-15 minutes in the oven heated to 200oC or fry until golden brown.

In the meantime, carefully peel the asparagus and stew in butter until lightly softened. Season with salt and pepper and serve with roasted fish.
